I had to smile - that quote about sales is the first point in the book where Mark's words really started to resonate with me. Its true - everything in our lives does involve some types of sale, I just hadn't looked at it like that. Its a great book and I really enjoyed that he discusses life skills, relationship skills and sales skills - they all work together and he shows that very well :)
